The Grand Opening of the Educational-Scientific Centre of the first medical-sanitary aid in the village Uvysla, the Husyatyn district
On the 4 of November 2011, the Grand Opening of the Educational-Scientific Centre of the first medical-sanitary aid took place in the village Uvysla, Husyatyn Region. This event organized and managed by I.Ya. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University is another step in improving the health care system in the remote rural areas of the Ternopil region. In general, 5 centers of the first medical-sanitary aid function in the region. In the village Uvysla the medical center is located in the ambulatory centre of the family medicine general practice.
The Head of the Regional State Administration Valentyn Hoptyan, the Head of the Husyatyn District State Administration Nadiya Hoptyan, Rector of I.Ya. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University, corresponding member of National Academy of Medical Sciences, Professor L.Ya. Kovalchuk, the Head of the Principal Healthcare Department of Regional State Administration Mykhaylo Burtnyak, the Head of the Uvysla Village Council took part in the Grand Opening.


The honoured guests were greeted with bread and salt.


In his speech the Head of the Regional State Administration emphasized the importance of the improvement of life conditions and healthcare system of the rural population, expressed the words of gratitude to all the honored guests, local inhabitants who had made to the opening of the centre possible.

The governor presented a gift to the ambulatory of family medicine.


The presents were also given to the Head of Husyatyn District State Administration


In his speech, Rector of I.Ya. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University expressed the words of gratitude to the Heads of Regional and District State Administration for promoting and facilitating the opening of the centre.

The Head of the Uvysla Village Council expressed the words of gratitude in his speech.

After the greeting speeches the opening ribbon was cut in front of the medical centre.

The Head of the Regional State Administration
was assured that the medical-sanitary centre is provided with all the necessary
diagnostic and medical equipment and accommodation facilities for students and interns.
