A cultural and spiritual revival of the people is the main guarantee in the successful Ukrainian state development, in overcoming society crisis. The future of the Ukrainian nation depends on the values, the young people’s outlooks, their culture and the place of spirituality in their lives` principles.

One of the main principles of the University teaching staff is aspiration for the sphere of medicine and science to be highly cultured. The doctor, besides his professionalism, should be a human with kind, cultural and humanism features.

The national education at the University is carried out by the following directions:
- formation of the University collective;
- national-patriotic education;
- moral education;
- law education;
- aesthetic education;
- sanitary-hygienic education;
- physical education.

At the University there is an appropriate structure – university administration- – rector’s office - dean’s office - instructors` council - students` council, the main aim of it is:
- preparation of conscious intelligentsia;
- formation of civil position;
- belief formation in the Law principle;
- providing conditions for the general development of students’ culture, enriching their aesthetic experience;
- forming needs for the healthy life style, strengthening prestige of health.

The priority direction in educational process organization at the University is the individual approach to educating student’s personality, creating conditions for students’ participation in the achievements of cultural wealth of the nation.

Our students have a possibility to visit sports sections, amateur circles, participate in amateur art activities, and competitions of CJW (Club of jolly and witty).

The educational work at the University is combined with the law work, the instructors organize questions and answers evenings, interviews with the invited lawyers, representatives of youth policy problems.

The national-patriotic education and the whole educational process have creative character, focusing on the problems related with the specific features of the institution and the region. In ideal perspective we will try to make of our University the school of self-development, self-government, self-discipline, conscious responsibility, collaboration and creative work of our teachers and students.
